Smart Rib
Our Smart Rib® panel is painted with a siliconized polyester paint system that carries a 40-year limited paint warranty. Below the paint is an 80,000 minimum psi, ASTM A 792 galvalume coated steel which carries a 20-Year limited warranty. Smart Rib® also carries a UL® 2218/Class4 impact rating, which means Smart Rib® can stand up to harsh weather conditions. Our UL® certification number is R21507. Smart Rib® is available in 20 colors of 29 gauge and 16 Colors of 26 Gauge. Smart Rib® is also available in bare galvanized and galvalume, both are coated with a tough acrylic coating that makes installation easier and safer. The flat area on top of the major ribs makes it easier for those who prefer using nails.
Smart Rib Plus

The extra rib on top of the major ribs makes Smart Rib Plus® a stronger panel.
Smart Span
Our Smart Span® panel is painted with a siliconized polyester paint system that carries a 40-year limited paint warranty. Below the paint is an 80,000 minimum psi, ASTM A 792 galvalume coated steel which carries a 20-year limited warranty. Smart Span® also carries a UL® 2218/Class4 impact rating, which means Smart Span® can stand up to harsh weather conditions. Our UL® certification is R21507. Smart Span® is available is 16 colors of 26 gauge. Smart Span® is also available is coated galvalume, which is coated with a tough acrylic coating that makes installation easier and safer. The 1¼” rib height makes it tough for water to find it way into your building, plus Smart Span® can span greater distances.
Smart Loc
Smart Loc is available with our Limited Life Time Warranty and has a minimum thickness of .0185 before paint and an AZ50 ( 1.60 Mil ) Galvalume® substrate. It also carries 20 Year Perforation Warranty on a Galvalume® steel substrate. All colors have an Energy Star® rating and comes with a UL® 2218 Class 4 impact rating and a UL® 790 fire rating. Smart Loc is offered in a 50,000 KSI maximum hardness to allow for the intricate bends of this panel.
